Hey Marc just wanted to drop you a few line first of hope your doing well i know you must be busy now with the Limitless camp good luck with that man hope you all lot kill it there ! :) and just wanted to give you some good songs for your next motivational videos when you release them i think you might know these songs already but just incase these sound pretty kick ass to be honest here are some : Live my Last No sleep and Live my last My Juliet and then The Product My Damage ! hope you enjoy these songs like always your motivational videos with rock music just motivates me always love for you to keep making those kind of videos man vlogs are so cool too your good at both but Motivational videos i think are what youre born to do brother ! :)

this workout was though as nails man !! legs felt like bricks after it !! :) great video brotha loving the workshop so far too!! cant wait to see you in Canada hopefully hehe :) but your core concept is dead on love it !! thats the way every hero sets up for success !! :)
