    I love workouts like this the best. I get the most benefit from these types of killer burning circuits. It is also wonderful because you do not have to move really heavy weight to get a good pump. I literally had to decreased the weight a lot …. I felt ready for the rest of the day once I was done!

    Just done in circuit mode. I cut the weights in the second and third time to be able to finish tem. Marc, My shoulders burn as never before.
