-In my opinion, shoulders is a muscle that you should work with endurance, that’s why I normally do 15 reps. While working out my shoulders, I usually take 45 to 60 seconds of rest between each set. I can truly feel the burn when I my rest time is short, this burn also is the result of what happen when you make your muscle grow bigger and stronger.
