This workout was insane! Usually I can rep 225 on decline bench without any issues, but by the time I got to that portion of the workout I couldn’t even put 135 up. This was one of the most mentally and physically exhausting workouts I’ve ever completed. I loved it. Thanks for the ass Kicking.

    Hi Marc

I am a new member of Team Fitt! I love everything you do. Everyone is placed in this world to serve a purpose, and this is your purpose. You were born to do this and help people.

I am new so not sure where I should ask you questions. I figured this is better than a personal email since this way others may have the same question.

    1. My chest is my weak point. Someone at the gym told me to do pushups EVERY night before going to sleep. Is this good? What are your suggestions?

    2. Should I drink BCAAs even on my days off from gym? Or only on gym days? And should I drink it WHILE working out ??

    3. Do Traps workout go on back day, or shoulder day?

    4. Do deadlifts go on leg day or back day?

    5. Do you ever eats sweets? ever? Do you have any advice on what i can snack on when I need a sugar fix?

    Thanks for everything.

Hi Aristidis, thank you for the sick feedback.
      1. I will suggest more to do it twice a weak instead of push-up every night and the reason why is because you don’t grow by working a muscle, you grow after with the rest time and nutrition. When you workout you just break muscle fibres and with the nutrient you will give to your body you can repair and grow your muscles. Have a good 48h between each time you workout the same muscle.
      2. I only drink my bcaa on working day. I start drinking them in the beginning of my workout and keep drinking them during my workout.
3.Both are good, I really like to do traps on my back day because it’s a part of your back. I feel it a lot on this day, but I also do it on shoulders day if I didn’t do it on shoulders day. It really depend on what you like and how you feel it.
4.Both day can be good integration. When I’m doing a straight leg deadlift (stiff leg) I prefer do it on my legs day because working a lot my hamstring. For sure you solicit your lower back but more your hamstring if you do it properly. As for the romanian deadlift I like it on my back day, but you can still do it on legs day.
5.I’m not so attracted by sweet taste because I’m really focus on my goals and now it’s an habit for me to stay on my diet. With the time it become easier. Always think where you want to be before falling for some little quick pleasure. I hope it help you out brother.
