    Hi Marc, just to be clear on the Back and Biceps workout exercise 4 is it 8 reps barbell bent over row and 8 reps barbell curl like you mention in the video or 12 reps barbell curl (in the work sheet its 12 reps) so wonder which one is better?

    Thanks for the wonderful series, ive started yesterday and should do it for the next 3-4 weeks with a new diet made by myself on nutrition planer (mass 500 calories macro 38/32/30) Hopefully after these 3-4 weeks i will switch my routine to focus on my thickness (chest and back) and be ready for men physique in October.

    Are you 5ft 10inch? Wonder what is your current weight @ bf?

    Thanks for motivate me and the whole community again you such a great icon and friendly person. Im doing my part in my hometown to help people i know who are willing to make sacrifice to get result and love it! I learn so much from my friend and myself in the past 2-3 years this is just unreal.       It’s 8/8 like I say in the interview, I will fix the worksheet, we made a mistake. 12 would have be good too though, but I wanted people to use more weight at this superset so 8 reps was more suitable. Yes I’m 5’10 and I’m now between 6-7% body fat.

    i love the concept and workouts but i cannot dot leg workout in my gym. Theres not hack squat machine(!) *iam going to 2 different gym and neither has. What do you recommend to me to do?

    Can anyone tell me how this workout series is? I’m looking for another circuit/routine to follow, but of course i know the name is the gunz development but do you feel like its pretty much just all arms or do you feel all your body parts growing equally as in his other routines? sorry if this didnt make much sense lol, im trying to get lean

    My gym partner and i started the gunz development this morning and damn the chest and triceps workout was awesome. The dips at the end of the workout were like hell :D

    Hi Marc,

    Just finished this plan for a week, will add another one,
    just letting you know that it is amazing and felt good to have this workout.

    Hope there are many more intense plans coming, maybe one focused on shoulders or a 4 day plan which is killing the whole body.
