    Hi Marc, I really love this workout. Week by week I am improving my tecnique on execution of chin/pull. But I have some doubts about lat pulldown behind the neck. It isn’t an innatural kind of movement that risk to compromise the high vertebres, and to contract too much the neck and that can injures ratotor cuff?       Hi, thank you for sharing. Actually the behind the neck lat pulldown is an awesome movement I like to integrate to develop the definition of my upper back. If you are doing it right and don’t work too much with the rotator cuff it will be alright. The key point of this exercise is to go slow and light weight. Focus on the contraction of the upper back (trapezes) and if you can’t go deep without feeling your shoulders, than drop just go gradually and with the time you will develop your flexibility.
