Q&A – Growth Myth

Q&A – Growth Myth – from Marc Ilyas:
“hey marc i have a problem :(
Question answered in the Q&A:
How can I know that i’m lifting the right weight?
How can I know when I have to add more weight?
People in the gym told me that if I lift a big weight I will burn my body and I will be unable to grow is that true ?

I’m a 18 years old boy and i’m 120 pounds and 1.75 m and thank you master for all what you are doing :)” [sic]
