    Hey Marc&Matt and Team Fitt members! What do you guys do with the extra egg yolks you have left from after couple of days you load with egg whites?

    P.S.: I’ve started to take the recommended ratio of protein and dextrose in my post-workout shake like two weeks ago and I must say it’s really a HUGE difference in how I feel after drinking it, instead of feeling tired after the workout, I feel SO energized! So this is my thank you! ;-)
