    That was my question thanks matt and marc ! I was doing a full body workout , which exhausted my body , and now I got an injury in my back and am resting for a while and I will get back to the gym amd do split workouts .. thanks again , very informative and helpful ! :)

    hey marc, what can you say about training when having scoliosis?i need some advices because training is more complicated because of it
