30 Day Shred Ep.02 – Chest & Triceps


And there you have it! The first workout video of the new 30 Day Shred challenge.

I have many things to talk about, but first let’s start with the workout.

If I could change the name of the series to something else, it would be just one word:

Burn.

That being said, this series will help you elevate your level of activity to the roof with many supersets, higher rep ranges and an extra flavour to work on your endurance.

That being said, that’s Phase 1 of the full 30 Day Shred challenge. Phase 2 will integrate strength and higher volume to boost your testosterone to the max, while improving your endurance. I guarantee exhaustion in Phase 2. Phase 1 will test you for sure, but Phase 2 is a different type. It’s truly something else!

Chest and triceps
Back and biceps
Legs
Shoulders circuit
