    One of the hardest legs workout I’ve done so far but it was harder on the cardio then on the muscle!

    soooo i did this and man was it tough! going thru the 5 sets of squats in the beginning….i didn’t know if my legs were going to make it thru the rest of the workout. it was a great one for sure! my legs were shaking like crazy but i loved it! definitely felt like a penguin waddling out of the gym. thanks so much for this crazy legs workout….im also pretty sure i grunted like every set haha. <3
