hi Marc, this is my first time on your website, and it’s proving to be very informative. one question that i had for you was how often do you do cardio, and what type of cardio do you usually do?
Thank you for the awesome feedback brother! I do muscle building cardio in each abs workout I’m doing after my weight lifting program. If I have a photo shoot, I will add HIIT cardio on a bike, treadmill or stairs master 3 times a week (about 10-15 minutes).
