The LumberJacked Series is coming! For all of you who have been asking, it’s just about ready! Tomorrow at 10 a.m. Eastern time the latest workout series for you all will launch. The LumberJacked Series will be Team Fitt’s first ever dedicated cutting series. You’ll have a complete, 4-day split for you with the sole purpose of shedding as much body fat as possible. It will be intense, and it will challenge you like nothing else ever has.

    I just started cutting for the summer a week ago and this is exactly what I need!
    I also want to say thank you for just you being yourself. I drove 7 hours to cologne to meet you and even though we didnt talk much it was totally worth it! you are so down to earth and a really inspiring person! I hope i get the chance to work out with you one day :)

    Hi man, I am totally glad a new serie is comming up. It will be awesome as your previous ones. I just have a question. I used to be Skinny fat and thanks to you I lost mojority of the fat and because I am begginer i also gained muscle. However I still have some fet around my belly. The main problem is NOT the lower part of the belly however the sides around your belly and ass. And i cant start eating much more, cuz I have a race (1mile run) comming in May. What do you recommend to me? Lose the rest by eating same or less and fallowing shreding program or just do it and after race start eating even though summer is comming? Bear in mind Im begginer so most definetelly i can Lose and gain muscle at the same time, cant I?
