I thnk you’re right. All this stuff even with the softgainer and hardgainer and mixed bodytypes is -for me – just a rough way. If you go for your goals really intense its not impossible to hit a physique of someone who is maybe the opposite bodytype than you are. The thing with the borders of ones genetics is a hot topic imo. Like, a lot of haters spray around to everyone who hit a great physique that they have taken steroids etc. but why? I think even the ones who have taken some with the reason that they are sure they hit their personal genetical border have not at 95% I suggest. Its all about hard work; training hard, eat well and follow your goals like you said Marc!

Just focus on your weak points, like you said.
For me it’s my legs, so in my current routine I hit legs 2 times a week.. Its not really my favorite muscle to hit, so maybe you can do some more leg-workouts? I’ve been loving the ones you posted so far!
