Hi guys, just need some help. I’m 21 and i’m kinda wondering if what i’m doing as a starter is fine: i’m doing 50 push ups and 40 curl ups every day as my routine. is that okay? Thanks for the reply :)

How much does all this cost?
This is way to much of meals and food.An everyday person with a a job and family can not make it.
he is not an everyday person though and you can always customise and fitt it in some other way to suit you :)
This is at least 320g protein..way too much imho. I would cut out some protein shakes!
